The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the Central Line tube station, making it perfect for shopping or theater trips. The rooms were spacious enough for a family of four and very clean, but the tea and coffee area lacked sufficient replenishment. Sadly, we experienced rudeness from a restaurant worker when attempting to have breakfast on our last day, causing inconvenience for a diabetic member of our group.
